ItzMe provides a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create personalized profile pages, upload files, and share links. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Free accounts are provided with 1GB of storage space. Pro accounts receive additional storage as specified in their plan. We reserve the right to enforce storage limits and remove content that violates these terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ItzMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the service for your particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ItzMe, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
